PERSONALIZED EXPERIENCES
We specialize in creating tailored experiences, ensuring flexibility in our services and menus. Each budget is personalized for individual clients based on factors such as the minimum number of guests, location, dates, and hours of service. All prices exclude VAT, which will be included in the provided budget.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our general terms and conditions may vary according to the type of service, with details outlined in the budget regarding payment cancellation policies and service hours.
CONTRACT: You, referred to as 'the client', agree to the following terms:
CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.1 We offer home chef services using the kitchen facilities at the client's location. The chef will use the existing kitchen tools and materials for food preparation, table setting, and service. Additional items such as tables, chairs, cutlery, glasses, or plates can be arranged at an extra cost.
1.2 Upon request, the chef will create a personalized menu based on the client’s preferences and dietary requirements discussed in advance.
1.3 The chef will purchase the necessary ingredients, prepare, and cook the meals in the client's kitchen as agreed.
1.4 It is the chef's responsibility to ensure that the meals meet any dietary restrictions or allergies provided by the client.
1.5 The client will be informed of the chef's arrival at least 2 hours before the service begins, depending on the complexity of the menu and service contract.
PAYMENT:
2.1 The agreed fee includes VAT and is valid for 48 hours from the date of issue. To secure the reservation, 100% of the service fee must be paid in advance.
2.2 Cancellations made 60 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 60 days in advance will result in a 50% refund, while cancellations within 30 days will not be refunded. Specific cancellation terms for multiple services will be detailed in the budget.
2.3 Additional services from third-party providers (musicians, rentals, photographers, etc.) require full payment in advance.
ADDITIONAL COSTS:
3.1 Any request for food or wine outside the agreed budget will incur additional charges, settled on the day of service.
3.2 The chef will obtain prior approval from the client for any additional food purchases that result in extra expenses.
3.3 Additional service hours beyond the agreed package will be added to the final bill, such as delays or extra requests.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
4.1 Ensure that the villa owners/managers grant access to the villa and kitchen as needed.
4.2 Ensure that access to the villa is timely according to the agreement; additional waiting time will incur charges.
4.3 Keep the kitchen clean and free of personal belongings before the service begins; extra cleaning time will be charged.
4.4 Ensure that the kitchen is adequately equipped for the number of guests; rental options are available upon request.
4.5 Comply with the agreed start time for the service.
4.6 Notify of any special circumstances.
4.7 Inform us in advance of any special events or extended service requirements for a personalized quote, such as children eating separately, speeches, singing, games, or anything that may interrupt the meal, to avoid delays and additional charges.
4.8 Provide the chef with dietary requirements and allergies before menu approval to avoid liability issues.
4.9 Any delays or additional services will result in extra charges.
4.10 Understand that delays may affect the completion time of the service and plan accordingly to ensure uninterrupted service. Please note that if there is any delay on the client's part, we cannot guarantee the service will finish on time. If we have another service scheduled later that day, we cannot afford to be late with other clients. In these cases, we highly recommend booking the full day to ensure uninterrupted service.
4.11 The extra charge for delays as described above is between 25-50€/half hour (50-100€/hour) for each staff member present during the service.
HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION:
Follow these steps:
5.1 Complete the reservation form with all required details.
5.2 Provide personal or business information.
5.3 Review the contract details.
5.4 Make a 100% upfront payment via transfer to secure the reservation.
5.5 Upon receiving the transfer, your reservation will be confirmed.
LAST-MINUTE RESERVATIONS / FULL DAY OR HOLIDAY SUPPLEMENT
For services confirmed with less than 24-48 hours notice, a supplement will apply. Additionally, full-day services will incur a supplement to cover the purchasing and preparation hours of the previous day. Holidays or special dates will also be subject to the same. These adjustments are made to cover the additional costs associated with organizing and executing last-minute and full-day services.
